  • A technical limitation prevented us from completing the service

  • A duplicate or incorrect payment was processed

  • The service could not be completed despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was successfully completed and the issue resolved

  • The problem is caused by hardware failure, physical damage, or unsupported devices

  • The customer declines or discontinues recommended troubleshooting steps

  • Performance issues reoccur due to changes made after service completion


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Only a portion of the agreed service could be completed

  • The customer requests cancellation after work has already begun

Any partial refund will be calculated based on the service delivered.


Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your service reference number and payment details

  3. Clearly explain the reason for the refund request

All requests are reviewed carefully to ensure fairness.


Refund Processing Time

Chargebacks & Disputes
